Postnatal Small Group
Small group training is great for new moms to get together with a friend or family member or meet a new mom or two and support each other through core and pelvic floor retraining, getting back to fitness after pregnancy, and bonding over the highs and lows of motherhood.
Together we can get through this tough but amazing time and help you start to feel awesome. We will work on strengthening deep core and pelvic floor muscles as well as training them to function well.
Babies are welcome, we can include them in your program if they are able and interested or we can let baby rest or play while you get your workout done.
