I had a small DRA after my little bundle of joy was born and the good news is it is now healed through Pelvic Health Physio and my core rehab program! I am so excited about this!
I am still on a modified Mat Leave. I am doing just a few momma and baby classes and a few select one on one sessions. If I can't help you with your health and fitness goals I will try to help you find a good fit for your needs! I will be adding back more sessions in the Spring when baby starts to attend daycare.
