We have an exciting new class, Warrioress Momma and Baby Core Class, starting September 14 at 10:00 AM.
I am hosting this exciting new class at The Dance Element on Bronte in Milton.
We are going to be working through 8 weeks of programming designed for the postnatal mom to regain proper core function, flatten that mommy tummy, strengthen the entire body from the core outwards.
We are going to work through a series of exercise progressions that are safe, restorative and extremely effective for postnatal moms and we are going to involve baby in our workouts as well.
Including baby gives us extra functional resistance and makes it easier for us busy moms to fit a good workout into our day if it doubles as play time for the babies.
Believe me, I know how hard it is to get a good workout in and how uncertain you might be about what workouts are safe and effective as a postnatal mom. I am a personal trainer, prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist and a core rehab specialist and a MOM! And together we can do this; we can rehab your core, make you stronger and help you lose that mommy tummy the right way.
