I will create a 45-50 minute session for you that give you a well-rounded full body workout. In addition we will do warm up and cool down/ stretch to ensure that we prevent injury and promote recovery. I will plan several workouts in advance with a view to progressive and balanced training. We will spend time focusing on areas of concern (i.e. cardio, core, upper body, lower body), but please be assured that the best workout is a well-rounded workout (whether within each session or across the week) and results will follow. As we progress we will adapt the workouts and always ensure that we are working to prevent injury. You’ve got this!
