Personal training after baby is born can be extremely useful as every pregnancy, labour, delivery, C-Section and woman is different. One on one sessions allow us to work closely together to achieve your goals through customization, support and close spotting techniques for core rehab which can be tricky at first.


Babies are welcome, we can include them in your program if they are able and interested or we can let baby rest or play while you get your workout done.
