I am certified in the Low Pressure Fitness Hypopressive Technique - Level 1 by The International Hypopressive Institute.

If you want to learn to do and use the Hypopressive Technique in your personal core and pelvic floor training, this program is for you.

Who may benefit from this technique:

-postnatal women

-people with pelvic organ prolapse (all ages and stages of life)

-people with painful or unsatisfying intercourse

-people with a hypertonic pelvic floor

-people having difficulty connecting with pelvic floor or coordinating the core canister

-people engaged in high impact or weight lifting exercise (running, strength training, HIIT, CrossFit etc.)

-people with urinary or fecal incontinence

-people with DRA (Diastasis Recti)
