Warrioress Momma and Baby Core
Do you have the mommy tummy pouch or feel like you can’t lose your baby belly no matter what you do? Maybe you leak a little pee when you laugh, sneeze or jump? Do you have back or pelvis pain since having baby? Do you generally feel like your abs just aren’t doing their job? Do you want to build a strong core and learn how to use your core instead of beat it up? YES! YES! And YES! If you say yes to any one or any number of these questions like I did after having my baby then you need this program as badly as I did! Seriously!
Warrioress Momma and Baby Core is specialty series designed for moms and their babies. This is an intensive postpartum core retraining fitness and education program. Warrioress Momma and Baby Core includes a workshop educating the participants about the core, pelvic floor and impact of pregnancy and birth scenarios on the body and will continue to empower the participants with knowledge and effective tools throughout the program. This is a small group personal training environment not a big generalized fitness class. We will go through a foundational core focussed full body fitness, nutrition and education program over 6 the week series. There will be additional coaching through weekly accountability and Q&A opportunities and customized homework provided to each participant, and I am here for each participant between classes for support, clarification and encouragement and so much more. This is not your average mom and baby fitness class.

Warrioress Fitness Women's Core and Pelvic Floor MINI Series - @ The Women's Center of Halton - Oakville

Then join me for this empowering and practical 2 week series to help you understand your body, how pregnancy, birth and other physical and hormonal events impact your body including your core and pelvic floor and give you the tools you need to get on track by retraining your core and reestablishing that strong foundation for all of your fitness and physical activity goals and needs! We talk about and do relevant exercise and resistance training, and discuss nutrition, and other topics relevant to women's wellness!

Do I have to wear pads for the rest of my life?
Can I ever get my Abs back?
Do I have a DRA? What the heck is a DRA? What the heck can I do about it?
I had a baby 3 months, 3 years or 30 years ago and have no idea what I should be doing to get back to fitness, please HELP!
Why do I have to rush to the bathroom for every pee or bowel movement?
